Rubik's cube

Rubik's cube was once being popular in 80's. In just two year, it had sold over 200 million Rubik's cube. Rubik's cube was invented in 1974 by the Hungarian sculptor and architecture Ernő Rubik. But what made it still so popular as it is difficult to solve by pure logic. So Patrick Bossert, a twelve-year old boy from England wrote a book call "You Can Do the Cube "(ISBN 0-14-031483-0). The book sold over 1.5 million copies worldwide in seventeen edition. Just then Rubik's cube became even more popular in the world.
Most people has a misunderstanding in solving the Rubik's cube. They think that a cube should solve face by face, actually it should be solved layer by layer.
